Overview
Montgomery College, established in 1946, is widely recognized for the quality of its academic programs in liberal arts, sciences, businesses, and technology. Students may complete Associate's Degree or certificate programs or transfer to four-year institutions. The college also offers a wide range of career and technical programs, including everything from automotive technology to building trades, to radiologic technology and biotechnology.
Among the college's signature academic programs are: Montgomery Scholars, which provides students with a summer study opportunity at Cambridge University in England; the Macklin Business Institute, a sophomore-year honors business program; and the Millennium Scholars, an intensive honors program for part-time students.
