Overview
Devoted to helping students “get there from here,” Howard Community College offers more than 100 credit programs and a broad range of non-credit opportunities. The Charles Ecker Business Training Center offers workforce training.
The college offers innovative learning communities, including the nationally acclaimed James W. Rouse Scholars Program; the Silas Craft Collegians Program; and Project Access.
The college offers vibrant arts programs, including award-winning Rep Stage, a professional theatre in residence. Each year Howard Community College hosts the $40,000 Columbia Classic Grand Prix, which brings world class equestrians to raise scholarship funds for the students.
