Focused on preparing graduates for employment, Allegany College of Maryland offers academic programs and continuing education training. In one and two-year programs, students achieve prompt entry into a career field or transfer to a four-year college or university. With over 30 career programs to chooses from, the college offers a comprehensive range of quality courses and programs. Allegany College of Maryland is fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. The college has specific transfer agreements with many colleges and universities. In addition, some institutions offer bachelor’s degree programs on the campus or nearby.
